08 – Search

In this chapter you quickly find events and tasks again – across every connected calendar and list.

Searching

1. Open search (default: Ctrl+F).
2. Type a search term – Aperio searches titles, descriptions and locations.
3. Results appear as a list as you type.
4. Use the arrow keys to select a result and Enter to open it.

Narrowing results

You can filter the search, for example by:

• type (events only or tasks only),
• calendar / list,
• time range.

This lets you quickly find the right entry even among many.

Tips

• Search includes all visible sources. If you hide a source in the sidebar, it is also left out of search.
• A selected result opens in its place in the calendar or list, so you see the context.

Screen-reader note: The search field is linked to the result list (combobox pattern). The number of matches is announced, and you move through the results with the arrow keys without leaving the input field. Esc closes search.
